Can tickets be purchased over the phone?

Yes, all our tickets can be purchased by telephone. Please feel free to contact our sales team on 01207 233 733 ext 2.

Please note all telephone tickets sales carry a £1.50 processing fee/ticket.

Can I get a refund?

All our events have specific Terms and Conditions and refund policies so please check the T&C's associated with the ticket(s) you purchased. A copy of the T&C's has been emailed to you with your tickets however if you would like us to send you another copy, please contact us at

I lost the tickets/confirmation email

No problem at all. Just get in touch at and we will send you new copies. Please note we can only re-send tickets to the email used to make the booking.  

The event I booked got cancelled. What happens now?

If we had to take the unfortunate decision to cancel an event, we will be in touch as soon as possible to advise you on what happens next and the options available to you.
